Hi there, I'm Vincent Bons and I'm a Java programmer based in the Netherlands. I'm currently working on a project to build a local energy trading platform.

My machine learning quest started when I programmed a computer to play Othello. I was fascinated by the idea that machines can learn new things. After completing a Coursera course by Andrew Ng, I was amazed by the endless possibilities of machine learning. I couldn't help but dive deeper into the subject and learn about its various applications.

I was particularly intrigued by the idea of using machine learning to create new things or to better understand the world around us. This sparked a fire in me, and I decided to start a blog where I could share my thoughts and knowledge about the world of machine learning and creativity. Writing my thoughts down not only helps me understand the subject better, but I hope it also helps others too.

When I'm not coding or writing, I love to stay active and clear my mind. Whether it's taking a long walk, kayaking or solving a bouldering route, I love to challenge myself physically and mentally.

I also enjoy being creative. I dabble in guitar, experiment with painting, and concoct new board games.

I'm a curious person at heart, always eager to learn and explore new things. I have more projects on my list than I can ever finish, but that's all part of the journey, and the fun is in the process.

I hope you enjoy reading my explorations!
